Many friends who have known about our products have questions about the materials we often use in outdoor hot tubs, massage bathtubs, swimming pools and other products. They want to know more details.

The standard shell of our products is made of acrylic, also called PMMA or plexiglass, and the chemical name is polymethyl methacrylate. It is an important plastic polymer material that has been developed earlier and has a wide range of applications in the construction industry.

Characteristic:

1.High transparency, soft light and clear vision. Acrylic colored with dyes has a good color development effect.

2.Excellent weather resistance, high surface hardness and surface gloss, and good high temperature performance. Hardness is one of the parameters that best reflects the production process and technology of cast acrylic sheet, and it is an important part of quality control.

3.High abrasion resistance, good stability, and corrosion resistance to a variety of chemicals.

The skirt board is surrounded by the side of the bathtub, it is PS skirt board. PS refers to polystyrene, and PS is one of the five general-purpose plastics.

Characteristic:

1.Good mechanical properties, high strength, dimensional stability;

2.Good heat aging resistance, long-term outdoor aging resistance is also very good;

3.Good solvent resistance, no stress cracking;

4.The thermal conductivity does not change with temperature and can be used as a good freezing insulating material, excellent insulation performance.
